There may be an option that is best for the company, but destroys the relationship with the employee. So, the organizational score would increase, but the employee relationship score would decrease (Figure 7-2).

An option that is both good for the organization and the employee relationship might show small gains on both bars (Figure 7-3).

If you did something the employee liked but was ultimately a poor decision for the organization, the employee relationship bar would increase, but the organizational needs bar would decrease. And finally, you could make a decision that was bad for both the organization and the employee, which would lower both bars. This can be seen in action in the game The Sims.
